How a Nettoyeuse Order Moves From Inquiry to Factory Floor

Every machine we build follows a defined sequence: site assessment, specification review, fabrication, and commissioning. This page walks through each stage so you know what to expect, what we need from you, and where the timeline can flex.

From first site survey to scheduled floor care

What the commissioning process looks like

Before a Nettoyeuse scrubber enters your plant, we run a floor assessment, confirm the machine spec against your aisle widths and drain placement, then schedule a supervised first pass. The whole sequence usually takes three to five working days from signed order to operator handover.

Support channels and response times

How to reach the Nettoyeuse service desk, what to expect after you submit a request, and the practical limits of our support window.

Call the service desk directly at +60 17 851 7583. This line is staffed during working hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 MYT) and is meant for urgent machine faults or parts queries. For non-urgent requests, email info@nettoyeuse.com and we will log the ticket within one business day.

We acknowledge every email within 4 business hours. A full technical answer or a parts quotation usually follows within 24 hours. If your request involves a site visit or a custom machine configuration, we will confirm the timeline in the first reply.

Yes. On-site visits are scheduled for scrubbers already installed in manufacturing plants. We cover the Sepang and greater Selangor area directly, and other regions by arrangement. A visit is typically confirmed within 2–3 business days after the initial call.

Keep the machine model and serial number at hand, plus a short description of the fault or the part you need. If you are reporting a performance issue, mention the floor type and the approximate operating hours since the last service. This helps us give a precise answer on the first call.

For breakdowns that stop production, we offer a priority response during working hours. Call the number above and state that it is a line-down situation. We will assign a technician to call you back within 30 minutes and, if needed, arrange a same-day remote diagnosis.

The complete service terms, including warranty conditions and liability limits, are published on the terms page. For questions about data handling or privacy during support interactions, see the privacy policy.

Order of work

From floor survey to handover in five steps

Request a site survey

Site survey and floor mapping

We walk your plant with a measuring wheel and a roughness gauge. Concrete condition, joint spacing, drain placement and aisle width all go into the spec sheet before we quote anything.

Machine selection and duty rating

Not every scrubber suits a foundry or a food-grade line. We match pad pressure, brush diameter and tank volume to your shift hours and the debris load your floor actually sees.

Draft layout and operator plan

You get a scaled drawing showing charging points, water fill stations and parking bays. We also note where the machine should not go, like tight rack aisles or areas with open drains.

Build, test run and operator training

The unit is assembled at our Sepang workshop and run on a test pad for eight hours. Your operators then spend half a day on the controls, covering daily checks and basic fault codes.

Delivery, commissioning and follow-up

We deliver on a flatbed, commission the machine on your floor and stay for the first full shift. A service visit at week two catches any teething issues before they become downtime.
