These terms govern the use of Nettoyeuse industrial floor machinery and the information on this site. Read them carefully before operating any equipment or relying on the content published here.
Nettoyeuse designs, manufactures, and supplies automated cleaning vehicles and heavy floor scrubbers for large-scale manufacturing plants. Our equipment is intended exclusively for industrial use in facilities with appropriate floor conditions and operator training. Residential applications, light commercial spaces, and any use outside the documented operating parameters are not covered by this agreement.
The purchaser is responsible for training all operators, maintaining the machine according to the service manual, and ensuring the equipment is used only on surfaces it was designed for. Operators must follow all safety instructions, including wearing required protective gear and keeping the work area clear of personnel. Failure to meet these responsibilities voids any performance warranty and shifts liability to the operator.
Nettoyeuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment misuse, unauthorized modifications, or operation in environments that exceed the machine's rated capacity. Our total liability for any claim related to a machine is limited to the purchase price of that specific unit. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Malaysia.
We may suspend or terminate access to this website and related support services if a user violates these terms, misrepresents their facility requirements, or engages in conduct that compromises the safety of Nettoyeuse personnel or other customers. Termination does not affect the purchaser's obligation to pay for equipment already delivered.
Nettoyeuse may revise these terms periodically to reflect changes in equipment specifications, regulatory requirements, or company policy. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or equipment after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
