From the first site walkthrough to commissioning, each Nettoyeuse engagement follows a fixed sequence: floor survey, load testing, machine configuration, operator training, and a documented handover. This page explains what happens at each stage and what you need to prepare.

From first site audit to full plant rollout

We do not sell machines off a brochure. Every Nettoyeuse unit is specified against the actual floor area, load patterns, and shift schedule of your plant. The timeline below shows how a typical engagement moves from a concrete survey to a running fleet.

Week 1-2: Plant floor survey

Our engineers walk the production halls with you, measuring aisle widths, noting expansion joints, and checking drainage slopes. We also record the type of soiling - metal shavings, oil film, rubber marks - because that changes the brush spec and the recovery system.

Week 3: Load profile and duty cycle

We map cleaning windows against your shift calendar. A scrubber that runs only during a 40-minute break needs a different battery pack and charge strategy than one that works continuously between shifts. This step defines the machine class, not the price list.

Week 4-5: Machine configuration

Based on the survey, we select the brush pressure, pad type, and solution flow. For plants with epoxy-coated floors we fit soft pads; for rough concrete we use heavy-duty brushes. The tank capacity is sized to the actual square meters per shift, not a generic average.

Week 6: On-site pilot run

Before any full order, we bring a pre-production unit to your plant for a two-day trial. You run it on your worst aisle, with your operators, under real production conditions. We measure cleaning speed, water pickup, and remaining moisture on the floor.

Week 7-8: Operator training and handover

Once the pilot passes, we train your floor crew on daily checks, pad changes, and the simple fault codes. The handover includes a laminated quick-start card mounted on the machine and a direct line to our Sepang service desk for the first month.

Month 2-3: Fleet rollout and follow-up

For multi-hall plants, we stagger the delivery so each zone is covered without stopping production. After 60 days we return to review wear patterns, adjust brush pressure if needed, and confirm the cleaning schedule still matches your actual shift changes.

Site survey and floor mapping

We walk the plant with your maintenance lead, measure aisle widths, note drain positions, and check concrete condition. The output is a floor plan with cleaning zones marked by traffic and soil type.

Machine specification against real load

Scrubber width, brush pressure, and tank volume are set from your shift hours and debris volume, not from a catalogue. You get a written spec sheet before anything is built.

Fabrication and in-house testing

We assemble the unit at our Sepang workshop and run it on a test pad with the same floor profile as your plant. Brush wear and water pickup are checked before delivery.

On-site commissioning and operator handover

Our technician installs the machine, sets the brush pressure for your concrete, and trains two of your operators on daily checks, pad changes, and fault codes. You sign off only after a full cleaning cycle.

Scheduled service and spare parts support

After handover we keep a service record for each unit and schedule filter, hose, and brush replacements based on running hours. Spare parts are stocked locally, so downtime stays short.
