This page clarifies how Nettoyeuse equipment is specified, delivered, and supported in heavy manufacturing environments. The notes below remove common ambiguities around machine ratings, site preparation, and service boundaries so your procurement team and ours work from the same baseline.

Machine capacity ratingsCleaning width, tank volume, and scrub pressure are measured under controlled conditions on sealed, cured concrete. Real output varies with floor porosity, debris load, and ambient temperature. Always validate against a trial run in your own aisle layout before committing to a fleet size.
Site readinessNettoyeuse vehicles require a level surface with a minimum turning radius of 2.4 meters and access to a 240V, 50Hz charging point within 15 meters of the parking bay. Drainage grates must be flush with the floor; recessed or raised grates can damage brush decks and void the alignment warranty.
Operator trainingEvery machine ships with a two-day on-site certification program for up to four operators. The course covers daily pre-start checks, brush wear assessment, and emergency stop procedures. Refresher sessions are available at your plant or our Sepang facility, but they are not included in the base purchase price.
Service response windowsPreventive maintenance visits are scheduled within 10 working days of your request. Breakdown calls in the Klang Valley and Sepang industrial belt get a technician on-site within 24 hours. For plants outside Peninsular Malaysia, response time depends on parts availability and customs clearance, which we confirm in writing before dispatch.
Warranty exclusionsThe standard 24-month warranty covers drive motors, brush deck assemblies, and the control unit. It does not cover brush wear, squeegee blades, or damage caused by chemical incompatibility, water ingress, or operation on floors with exposed rebar or expansion joint filler.
Chemical compatibilityNettoyeuse scrubbers are tested with neutral pH detergents and alkaline degreasers up to pH 12. Acidic descalers, solvent-based strippers, or any product containing hydrofluoric acid will corrode the PVC recovery tank and void the tank warranty. Confirm your cleaning chemistry with our technical team before first use.
